In her latest summer series, Claire Kahn recalls the array of birds that prevail around her home amongst the picturesque pastureland of Jacona, NM in the Pojoaque Valley. Imagining the rare and exceptional Ibis, she scripts its color in a stunning and memorable pattern, amalgamating her memories into an exquisite, one-of-a-kind work of adornment.
